I'll try and some this thread up.
Those involved with cereals seem happy with AHDB, mainly due to the R&D they do.
Those involved in horticulture are generally a smaller number of bigger businesses who see no point in AHDB and with @White rabbit 's help, could vote to stop the levy.
For red meat, Scotland seem to be well served with their PGI status allowing effective marketing while in England they seem to offer little/ no value, but with many so small businesses, it will be difficult to get a vote on the levy.
The dairy industry seems quite satisfied with things.
