Bore Hole Pump Pressure Tank or Pump?

We currently have a bore hole pump and old punctured pressure tank serving our household supply and irrigation systems.

It is time to replace the pressure tank and we have looked into this system (see pic). Question because there is a water pump will this reduce the load on the bore hole pump and work like a bladder View attachment PURION 1000 Starter active EN.pdfpressure tank? The UV system will supply the house.

Rough rule off thumb. Up to 16 cu m day let the pump down the hole do the work.
Over that pump down the hole fills a tank, then pump set with pressure tank feeds the network.

Maybe less than 16 cu m day if you have high demand for short periods.

I cannot see how that will help matters . The pressure vessel is to get rid of continuous stop starts that happen when you do not have one, as the minute you turn on a tap the pressure dips and pump starts turn off tap , pressure surges and pump turns off. In worst case pressure will bounce and pump is on off like a yo yo.
I would definitely replace pressure vessel and if you have access to pressurised air coneenct it permanently with a pressure regulating valve on top. This should stop the diaghram splitting
