Yes. Didn't have to accept BUT couldn't be seen do duck responsibilities a second time in a few weeks. TM just gave him no options. Well done TM! No faffing around there!

Stop and think about it! It's looking like an inspired move as Boris was committed to an independent (of Europe) UK, so he should be a good ambassador for UK plc right around the globe and inside the cabinet is a lot safer than outside!
