Box profile flashing

Morning all

Looking for a flashing that would go from box to flat at 90 degree ish.

Basically got a box profile roof running 5 degree fall against York board wall.
Wanting to put flashing through boards and down roof line to finish and stop water running down boards.

Would need to stretch 350mm down roof to meet first purling.

Does such a thing exist? Box one side flat the other?

This type of flashings tends to be more popular in Europe than in the UK as we would normally supply a matching foam filler (Supaseal prefered filler). If you can send me a quick drawing with the dimensions on and the profile sheeting your are working with i'd be happy to quote you. I have attached our profile indentification incase it is an unknown profile.
