Tried Breck myself once - had awful altitude sickness and couldn't do anything. Wasn't the only one though - they even sold bottled oxygen in the local shops.
They did sell oxygen!
Neither Mrs lbp or myself needed it, but both very fit then! About 12 000 feet top of run, from memory. The longest runs about 4 miles long😁 Home to the US Armys Mountain division.
Best skiing ever.🔥
Can't ski anymore, both hips replaced and can't get insurance!😭

Why would she know. Ask any UK Mp what the current stocks of vaccine are and they wouldn't have a scooby.
Are you suggesting that the EU parliament does not know what goes on? As many of us suspected it is filled with dummies who are there to rubber stamp what the commissioners tell them to. It sounds very much like fake democracy at work.

You were right first time. Excellent idea. We need to trade with grown up countries that want to trade with us. We can't physically move away from Europe, but should avoid trade if at all possible.

Perhaps it's not a bad idea. There's a big fuss about the possibility of US beef coming in but if you keep imports the same and just replace Irish with American, where's the problem?
America will perhaps buy more stuff from the UK than Ireland will.
Swap German cars/tractors for manufacturers outside the EU and travel a little bit further when you go on holiday, do you need French wine, etc.
Keep trading but be more particular when you pick trade partners?

CANZUK anyone?
