I've written 3 tracked, signed for letters - no phone calls. And eventually, when I was getting the run around, copied into my MP and FCN.
That got the carriages moving.
And my gripe is minor to some I've heard of.
But being lied to really gets my goat.

Just had mail from my MP.
Apparently those 2015 and 2016 downloads which showed that RPA were telling porkies about my vapourised field, have been of use :)

They've amended entitlements and are paying up. Letter in the post.
Result.

Moral? Never give up.:(

2015 missing payment in the bank.
But no sign of 2016 yet and Entitlements not reinstated.
So have I got to start the whole berluddy thing rolling again?? :banghead:

This is like walking through treacle.

I phoned RPA on their first day back, spoke to very helpful chap who told me that he would pass the concern re Entitlements and missing cash for 2016 up the line. It was a different department, he said.
He confirmed the Entitlements had not been amended.

So, do I add to RPA's in tray with yet another letter?

I said I'd give it until mid January and then start again. @RPA
Happy New Year all. :banghead:

I gave up calling them a month ago as the only answer I ever got was "I'll email the central team and they'll call you and sort it all out". I'm still waiting for that call and it's supposedly been coming since July !. I'd try calling again but I'm not sure I can take it.

Might be worth you giving the FCN a call and getting help/ advice from your county rep as they have some good contacts at the RPA and will be able to find out more info quicker about your claim than you are likely to be able to do.

I'd second that but it very much depends on the area rep. Ours is brilliant and a good friend too.
My MP was pretty sharp off the mark when he was lied to, as well.

I've never phoned RPA before, always sent queries / complaints by letter, signed for, so I'd got a paper trail. Which, when they fibbed about this parcel's land code, was very useful.

At least I confirmed that the Entitlements are still not reinstated, which will help when I have to start the whole goddamn thing again.
I too have no faith that 'them upstairs' who deal with the fall out from 2015, will do anything at all to correct things for 2016 claims.
