That's a real. big incentive for any young farmer to start in farming .We have a special financial plan in place to help young farmers you just won't get paid , well done rpa , you just couldn't make it up

I chose not to apply for the young farmer payment entirely because I thought it would ensure they found a reason not to pay me.

Really, really hope I get paid this December.

natwest did it too when I was with them.

hsbc manager texted me this morn with the good news, although I think its because he was inspecting my accounts, working out how much fee to nail me with ,annual visit Friday

We are doing quite a bit at the moment to escalate the completion of the many loose ends that the saga of BPS 2015 has left behind.

I'm disappointed you have t heard much. If you are a member there's quite a bit on the website at the moment, there are regular articles in BFG and we've had quite a bit of coverage in the trade press lately. You should also be being kept up to date through your regional round ups and if you are going to the Yorks AGM in Wetherby tomorrow night I will be there talking about this and taking questions.

Maybe I'm looking in the wrong place on the website, but I've spent 10 minutes searching through the BPS news and your blogs and I cannot find any specific mention of Young Farmer. Every time I have spoken to an NFU representative in the last 12 months they have either looked blank at the mention or not had anything they can tell me. I realise that it is a lower priority than the main tranche but we have laid out money to qualify and budgeted for the cash.

I hope to see you tomorrow night. I'll be the one asking about Young Farmer!

Have you had a letter from them saying this? I've e mailed every month asking about 2015 YFP but keep getting told it's getting looked at over the summer........

Our case worker (or rather the lady who used to be our case worker before she was moved to something else) rang us on Monday and told us. She has been chasing this after we made a formal complaint.

They are unreal! However at least you've been allocated a case worker, I just keep getting fobbed off and a generic e mail sent!
