It seems to me the ones that were paid...everything was sorted a long time ago as they have all recieved their remittance slips on the same day. looks like to me the rest of us are all now screwed....

I mean no change from claim valadition... and yes i had an inspection....is that clear noug for ee...yes a penalty in 15....
When did you get paid for your "penalty" year? It would appear inspections and penalties mean we get put back to the end of the queue.Potentially much more of a headache than the penalty itself.

Can't get on the site to check, tried about half a dozen times over the last few days, guess it will get better as more folk get paid and it gets used less but it's a tad frustrating

Site working fine here this morning. @Old Tip Could do with Natural England having a website to let us know whats happening with ELS/HLS payments.
When ever I go on it either says it's not working or says I've roped in the wrong I'd number and very occasionally sits for twenty minutes and then I give up. Have got through on a couple of occasions and it's not good reading but for some reason it's tempting to look again to see if it's better
