Still at Claim Validation.
Payment last year on Dec 1. Nothing changed on the application. Still waiting for 'agreed' ELS payment too.
It's the last year of ELS and I'm out.
I'm renting half of my farm out next year so I've 3 more chances at a paymemt (rent) on the due date (3 tenants)

Same here still on claim validation no payment at all from last year, everything's exactly the same on application. 2 fields still all wrong on maps, and I only have 3 fields couldn't really find a much easier claim than mine !.

MP time I think.

I am confused what exactly happens with our forms delivered 7 or so months ago. At what point do they know there are issues and decide to inspect etc? Filled in well before the deadline, computer system said we had done all the greening / 3 crop rule, got acknowledgement. So exactly what is the problem writing a letter or even phoning up to check something or say whats going on?

This is the last year doing it myself, and it will now be a) completed by an agent and b) arranged with the bank to borrow the BPS on 1st December. This will have a cost but will reduce the cost to my sanity and put certainty in the cashflow.

Arrange to borrow it on the 5th, so you can cancel the loan if you get the BPS?

Does anyone know if one person gets an inspection who has common rights on a common are all said commons claims held up. It would seem so but it seems terribly unfair
? @RPA , @Guy Smith

If the inspection is on the common, then the common is effectively locked down, if the inspection is on the non-common land, then that is a matter for the individual commoner. The only variance to this is if the inspection relates to cross compliance and animal welfare / identification / movements, in which case it is the keeper of the animals that is at liability, that is irrespective of where the animals are. Principle of above and below the hoof.
