Same here , anyone had paper forms?
Mate has had his for ages now, filled in and ready to go back I believe.
cant get online atm need to reset password computer has been down all week rpa computer not mine Easter OPENING hours for helpline closed from Thursday to Tuesday you couldn't make it up if you tried asked about paper forms yes she said but they will take 14 days
We had trouble logging on and were told to change password and it then worked. We have had to change password several times but now it is ok.
that's what I have to do the problem is the RPA computer that sorts out passwords has got problems
Sorry if this has been covered - haven't had a chance to trawl through it all....
Completing a CS confirmation and BPS forms over next few days - cropping plan has gone out of the window this year for a variety of reasons!
Just to confirm we cant use CS seed mixes AB9 (Wild Bird Seed) etc as a third crop for crop diversification purposes can we - double funding?
Secondly if splitting fields for CS options how are others recording this on BPS forms?
Are Spring Beans coded LG03 whether they are for EFA's or not?
20th in que 45 min wait FFS
I can't see how it's legal for the rpa to change historical land details off your own application for bps with out them first writing to the farmer involved and telling them what they are about to do. If it's incorrect the farmer can then correctly tell them the details as shown on iacs form for clarification.
They write the rules. "Legal" doesn't come into it (unless they breach the EU regulations governing the scheme).
finally got my application up and running please can someone remind me how I get my fields up so I can change the cropping as I cant figure it out sorry if I am being stupid
Got on today changed all the field data then tried to make the rest of the application and all that comes up is loads of numbers and error, went back and fields are all changed to what I had put in but just carnt get any more done
Been trying to do it for days, changed all field data, generated report then tried to download but just comes back as blank page, tried several times but no luck. Help line couldn't help us put us through to their technicians but they couldn't come back with answer either looks like it's going to have to be paper for us.
Just gone back on and it allowed me straight in done it all but havnt submitted it yet,it went far too easy for my liking so will get dad to look over it before I submit it incase I have made any mistakes
From memory go on your businesses then on land and should come up with list of your fields
its done, sent off and receipt generated, found best way was to leave it overnight then come at it again to check and recheck a few times, what I dont understand is that it doesnt show that you have clicked the agree button at the end but does for active farmer etc, phonecall to helpline and chap said he could see I had done it but would only be checked after may 15th, despite getting better at this online stuff still prefer paper as you can see what you are entering/have entered on every page at the same time. Its probably because I dont have full confidence in my keybord skills as with a pen unfortunately the powers that be dont/wont take this into consideration which greatly increases the stress factor
hi ,if by chance you have different National grid nos for different field parcels, then go to field view and click on national grid box and it will bring up the other field parcels rather than blank.
Not that simple I'm afraid been talking to their IT dept for days running out of ideas then suggested I submitted just to try and kick start it into working, as I could change at a later date. Half way through looking at efa's lost the web page, when I got it back all our hedges and half the fields had disappeared!!!, but seem to do the trick, as now after about the hundredth attempt have finally got it to download. Now just got to start to check it not got a lot of confidence!! Mentally shattered been working on this for days.
if it helps you are not alone, I dont find doing it online a simple process and not being as computer literate as some find im constantly checking whereas if I was using a pen and an instruction booklet and able to see everything would be a a lot easier, the significance of making a mistake could have serious effects to any business , It would take a lot of pressure of if along with the declaration you could state your intention was to claim for x ha and have used your best endeavours to ensure you have done it right , we are not criminals and should not be made to feel so it should be possible to correct any unintentional mistake at anytime wether past 15 may or payment time the fine system is wrong and unfair .
