Same here.

To make matters even worse here, Old Tip, because the RPA left out payment of two big parcels of ours in 2017 and 2018, entitlements have been withdrawn and penalties will be applied for 2019.

The NFU, to whom I appealed for help, have since raised this obvious error on our behalf seven months running at their regular monthly confrontations with the RPA - all to no avail, apparently.

It's almost enough to drive one to drink.

:hilarious::hilarious:
That’s terrible, so bloody frustrating
In a total shock I’ve received what seems to be my BPS and my HLS in one payment today. Not sure if it’s because I’ve been paid so late in the past or that I am in a very marginal seat ?

Luckily, Old Tip, thanks to our bank manager's support, time is still on our side and we shall eventually hope to get square.

What concerns me more is the position in which unresolved historic claimants will be left at the point of transition from EU to UK funding.

Is it possible that we might all be abandoned by HMG as being just a few further unfortunate UK creditors caught up in the future financial failure that is the EU?

phone call yesterday, still got mapping issues, ffs ????
why the fudge Mapping has determined the parcels should be split up into a series of smaller parcels due to aerial photography evidence of boundaries instead stone walls that the aerial photography is picking up which are virtually none exsistant on the moor, why the fudge try and fix summit that's not broke, the are still the same as day one there nomore and no less, 112 hc field is now 14, just put it back, but that's to simple for the half wits sat behind a desk

rant over
Update
Another phone call from NE, asking could I send photos of said piece of moor and the walls show that there not in tacked boundaries, so sent them, then another call from them saying if i want can extend my ELS and HLS a further 12 months after 2020, or go on the stewardship ?. Think they need to sort this ? out first and pay the rest from 2017 upto present day,

And it still says Cliam Validation, looking like June again with the speed these muppets work:facepalm:?

That would require organisation and leadership. The RPA has neither.
Yeah ya right there & no single one has to answer to anyone id say.
Altho was it the NFU who had them infront of a Gov select committee to enforce the payout of 2018's HLS this summer ??? cant remember how they ended up there but it worked
