I wonder if they have the preparing for payment, final checking, claim validation hokey cokey going on this year the same as they had last year. Gave up looking as it changed that often for a month

Last time I had issues with them was i think in ‘94. It never got resolved. Appealed and they were processing it. Then the person working on it left so had to be given to someone else. Then they were processing 95 claims and would get back to it. Then yet again no one was assigned to it etc etc. Then 96 claims were given priority. And finally they said teams working on 94 claims had been disbanded as all claims had been dealt with. Wtf !!

Back then it was easier to talk to them as you could get a face to face meeting. Now it’s just a brick wall.

Mine’s still ‘validating’.
They’re shambolic.
My business is being held up by six figures of cashflow by a bunch of hoody-wearing, mouth-breathing, holding-knife-like-pen hipsters who go home to get their washing done by Mummy at weekends.

Yup. Exactly nothing has changed on mine again yet no dosh. Expect it's going to be some 0.001ha boundary changes. Sigh.v

@Guy Smith As above! I really could do with the money! Will Richard Wordsworth be at Lamma?

The RPA are constrained by purdah so they can’t say anything about payment progress and can’t talk to us. We should hear something official next week and we have meetings arranged.
If you want my guess judging by the noise , they are currently ahead of their performance last year with around 70% paid and on track to pay 90-95% by the end of the month.
But we won’t rest until everyone is paid or in receipt of an interim payment.
I haven’t got mine yet!
