At least you have not had an email telling you that you will not get paid untill well into 2022 thou!
I don’t think emails have got as far as Yorkshire yet…

BPS is welcome each year and for a large proportion of UK farmers it represents a significant proportion of profits in the business. My question is who really benefits from the subsidy? As it is withdrawn I think the real pain will be seen more in the merchanting side of agriculture (and I am not saying some individual farmers will not be hit hard as well). They have got used to pricing to what the market will stand. If the £3billion annual subsidy injection is phased out to diddly squat in 4 or 5 years it is surely the case that inputs will become relatively cheaper as the cash will just not be in farmers accounts to pay such high prices for machinery or fungicides or whatever. I suspect it won`t come to that as the new regime will pay something approaching decent money but with some hardcore environmental strings attached. I just hope the new scheme
is practical and makes sense.
Wow has anyone had that ......not read all the thread !At least you have not had an email telling you that you will not get paid untill well into 2022 thou!
Yes some have had the above email !!Wow has anyone had that ......not read all the thread !
Still waiting here . It will come one day hopefully
Why would they need too? Haven’t you read all the other threads? Most farmers on here don’t need it!Yes some have had the above email !!
I would say that if you have not had the above email by now you should get paid either this month or very early in Jan all being well.
Personally i think unless the claim has problems ( like being in probate for example ) then if they are not going to pay the claim untill after the end of Dec and well into 2022 they should pay 70%+ as a bridging loan now.
Similar situation here. Last year I was short by about a third. I sent in the dispute/complaint form whatever it's called in December and heard nothing. I chased it up a few times and the system showed a case open on my application but last time the lady did say it would take a while as "they are now busy with 2021 applications".Good news - been paid here : bad news - it's short by exactly the same as last year - complaint form sent off in December '20, chased up every 60 days - still not had the courtesy of any kind of reply.
Ha ha yea but its always the ones on here who say year after year they do not need/want any subs that are always the first ones checking their bank accounts either on the 30th of Nov or 1st of Dec to see if they have been paid their sub!Why would they need too? Haven’t you read all the other threads? Most farmers on here don’t need it!
You mean their amazing, high quality, remote sensing algorithm and software.Similar situation here. Last year I was short by about a third. 1st December this year payment arrived but for only approx 20% of my claim value
I had some fields merged/altered and that seems to be the problem, others locally have had the same asoon as RPA amendments or alterations it all goes to poo.
f**k ELMS and SFI, they can stick the bloody lot where the sun doesn't shine...........although knowing the RPA they'd do that wrong!!!!You mean their amazing, high quality, remote sensing algorithm and software.
imagine the fecking mayhem it can make for ELMS when they can screw up whole fields so easily as it is
Told no payment this year!Do you mean they have told you that you will not get paid for several months or that you have been paid? @Spade
Sounds like they are going to do one more payment run for 2021 and are holding all the claims they are going to pay and do them all in one hit.I was told on Monday 6th of December (10 days ago) that ours was prepared for payment , I spoke to RPA yesterday & it’s still ‘prepared’ for payment . Ludicrous situation .
