We had an email from RPA saying that it could be before end of July.

Was there anything preventing this previously ?

I thought - going back to split payments from HLS schemes - they could not start the first payment until after August because something was done to the RPA system in August? ANyone know anything?

Wasnt the exchange rate on a certain date the deciding factor on payment rates when we were in the eu. I cant see spreading it out will be any better for those that cant budget

I’m sure the date was mid September. I knew some people that followed the stock exchange for months before doing their SFP each year on which way to receive the money.
