BPS Eligible area difference

Just about to submit my BPS, but there's an anomaly, on my application summary the 'Maximum area eligible for BPS' (Column 4) is slightly smaller than the 'Total eligible area you want to claim payment for' (Column 8).

If I go into the 'Activate less BPS area' the eligible and applied for match up exactly and are the same as in Column 8.

Anyone else found similar?

Is there no red or orange over declared areas showing on Land Use page?
No, I think I've worked it out; due to some mapping updates creating new tracks, that don't exist, that aren't eligible for BPS and in the process also creating little slithers of new parcels that are less than 0.1ha (thus ineligible). I've claimed for the correct whole field parcel and submitted RLE1 forms to correct.
