BPS land issues

I appreciate its last min, but basically had a mare transfering land on to my SBI - and my account still shows as no land available to view.

This means when I generate my application , the land, perversely shows on the summary but states the area is ineligible to claim.

I was advised all last week to wait and be patient, that the land would appear, now today I was told by the RPA to just go ahead and submit the claim showing 0 hectares eligible, and send a continuation form in.

I was told as long as the continuation was sent in by the 11th of june it would all be fine.....

Then today i was getting error messages trying to submit, to be told by the helpline I would get a deduction for submitting late if the continuation form was sent now would arrive after the 17th..... which is correct? I apprecate the RPA is full of contradictions, but for what should be a simple IT related delay will I get a penalty?

I thought provided application submitted it was possible to add new parcels or amend existing data upto May 31 without penalty. June 11 is last date - but penalties may apply May 31 to june 11.

But either way the penalty is 1% per day, so not too serious. Get you Continuation Sheets in ASAP guarenteed next day delivery.
