BPS rate fixed from now on?

Since we left the EU (legally speaking) in Feb this year, was this years BPS calculated using an exchange rate from euros as before, or were we just given exactly the same payment rate as last year? Or was there some other calculation method? And what will happen in coming years, will the headline rate per entitlement hectare always be the same from now on, just declining as the years go by?

Am sure ive been told that the rates going forward will be much the same as present & the RPA soon will issue every farmer in the land a full breakdown of the next 7yrs of payments as there current
farming operation stands from these years claim, that might be right or might not be its just someone who knows high up folks in the RPA talk.

Same money next year then 20% less in 2022, 35% less in 2023 and 50% less in 2024
