BPS Spring wheat or Winter wheat question

I have some spring wheat that was planted before the 31st Jan which makes it a winter for CRD purposes, but do I put Spring or winter on the BPS.

That was my position my concern was if there was an inspection and they couldn;t work out it was spring on the form but winter on gatekeeper for chemicals

Just shows how fearful folk are of a visit from the RPA. Really ought to forward to janet hughes as an example of the fear of failure and potential consequences. Hey ho.

If gate keeper says winter wheat then ac66
the inspectors will have plenty to measure and look at so will not forensically ckeck every thing record
