It’s not the doing it, that takes about 30mins, it’s the getting paid for it that’s the issue. For the first time in 10yrs we got paid on the 1st Dec and it was the first time the farm has changed in 20yrs so maybe making changes speeded it up

Without reading this article it will be what it says take the remaining years BPS upfront now in one lump sum
thats all fine if ya no rent to pay but it will catch up with yas a few years down the line
And all this trying to get older ones out of the game to encourage new younger lads is fine
where is all the money coming from too start off in this game?

60s/70's were ok here it kept big a family & several housesThe last 35 years here have been much tougher than were the previous 35.
inputs reflected the income far far better id say as well

Ah, not a problem I'm troubled with this year!
Well I’ve had an email this week telling me they are not paying before the turn of the year......fancy I might have to wait a bit longer! (Natural England knows best and all that!)

Had a letter today saying not before the turn of the year. And then it’s gone from claim validation to final check and preparing for payment in the space of 48 hours !!!
