Not much grass , do you want to buy some ?:D

Now then Howard. Cast your mind back to 1976 & 1984. England had a phenomenon called....

S. U. M. M. E. R.
You know, hay made in 2 days, barley and wheat harvested in single digit moisture, yes all in the same year, this phenomenon can last for more than 5 days, sun tanned folk everywhere, long trousers cast away for weeks. But yes, this does kick the grass in the teeth. C'est la vie.

"Buy some"? Grass or land with grass? Grass, no, I've actually sold loads this year. Land with grass?, well I never say never but am certainly guarded at the mo as it seems likely that next door (Thiat way) will be for sale again:(. Goes to show that a country can't be all things to all men but as a good friend always used to say - "you pays ya money, you takes ya choice"
