Whats happened to you to post at 3am in the morning?Unless you are waiting for a cow to calve,or on holiday downunder?
Pain which sometimes keeps me awake (hence the grumpy comment). Not that that's an excuse. Nothing too major and just waiting on the NHS for an op.

Thank you. It's nothing major but the pain can be extreme and unrelenting. But it's fixable and I know a lot of folk would swap with me any day.

Sorry to read about that, have you tried homeopathy...?

If i have beer and friends round,i sure as hell wouldnt be posting on here at 3oclock in the morning!

The last time I had some over they crashed while I was still buzzing... ;).

And so the debrexiting of Brexit continues! The DUP votes bought at the auction may not be enough to give TM control over the steering wheel!

And you still aren't confident enough to put your money where your mouth is... :banghead:.

Too mean to gamble

Our shiny new great and dear leader shooting from the lip left and right. Upset the Brexit camp last week. Now he's showing signs of breaking ranks with EU "one voice", on Brexit policy. Frau Merkel may need to reign him in a bit

Looks like the EU are finally starting to realise they are going to have to compromise and work with the UK. Drop the tough guy act. It's interesting that many people see that photo of the meeting where our guys had no paperwork and the EU guys had 1000 sheets each as a sign that the UK is not organised and amateur. What I see is a marker put down of how much a deal means to each side and it clearly means a lot to the EU guys. We go in with nothing, shrug our shoulders and leave shortly afterwards. What I read into that is that we just sent them a message.

Hmm... I assume you are not his biggest fan. The Fraurer does whatever she has to, and needs to, and wants to...

I can tell you from experience in the Courts here and - on two occasions - dealings with the Brussels Eurocrats that volume of paperwork is utterly irrelevant. When I first started practice you had to cart around Archbold and the White book for criminal and civil case respectively, the moment it was available as a downloadable file anyone under 50 swapped to that, and it's the same with case bundles too other than what is necessary - which is not as much as you might think.

Being seen with vast amounts of hard copy nowadays means you either want or have been told to be seen with vast amounts of hard copy; it does not mean that you know your stuff. That written, having no big 'bundle' doesn't mean you know your stuff either, nor does it mean that you don't.

I saw Nigel Farage on BBC making a statement that he changed his position on Brexit.
If I recall correctly, few weeks ago he asked for a meeting with Mr Juncker... must have been a difficult discussion.

He had a meeting with Barnier last week. I couldn't really understand why Barnier would give him the time? Would he give a meeting to any MEP?
