Brexit - It's Being Killed Off

My farm goes right to the Atlantic Sea. Been on the edge of the world for millennia. No problem. Hardy boys out here.

Quality beef from these shores will outrun Brexit problems any day.

Check this out on Agriland - British farmers lambaste Tesco for finding Irish beef ‘better quality’ https://www.agriland.ie/farming-new...-tesco-for-finding-irish-beef-better-quality/

That would be a very underwhelming outcome.
The best deal would be for UK to stay and reform the EU, as increasing number of European nations are supportive of the UK concerns.

Is this where we are heading?
“Norway makes larger financial contributions to the EU per capita than the UK and accepts free movement of people in order to have access to the single market. But it has no decision-making role in Brussels’ institutions.”

Thats fine but the stated aims of merkel and macron are for a push towards more europe not less, many of the eurocrats now say the answer to populism and nationalism is a federal united states of europe, so reform is dead.I think all eu countries should have a vote on just returning to a trading block or full federal US of E stop the drip drip towards it. Who ever loses shuts up and we move on,countries that vote for go federal those that dont join a new common market.

There's no one politician the UK that is interested in leading the Eu, so we will always be followers and whingers.

we are still members at the moment and why not have a vote throughout the whole of europe so that those affected IE those who live in europe get to decide how it evolves, it seems that its those who want a federal europe are the ones scared to have that vote

Repeated use of 'you' really does infer that you regard us (i.e. the UK) as no longer including you. Presumably you have taken Cz or Fr nationality and renounced your (unwanted) British nationality.

As for never being there, no we haven't really, not since we liberated France...(y), but that's just an inconvenient truth.

The thread is about Britain! It's all in the name:D
The thread is about Brexit. Nice try, but deflection is a non-starter. Even if you wanted to be pedantic, you'd have to accept that regarding WW2 reference to 'Britain' was / is short hand for the UK, it's Empire and Commonwealth. And, if one wanted to be really pedantic, and 'The thread is about Britain!', there would have been no point in my mentioning anyone other than the UK because the UK was the topic under discussion. Be consistent man... ;).
