All of them, but in very limited capacity. I think there was one country (Mauritania?) that traded exclusively under WTO, but it has since joined an African trading alliance.

but there isnt really anything like avadex is there, ctl is made by lots of people, perhaps one company could slighly reformulate it and register that so no one else could sell it? In the wet west its the backbone of septoria control

Syngenta aren't going to fight hard for it because we buy generics that don't contribute to reregistration. With a smaller market share they have less to gain.
