Anybody milking any cattle genie heifers. What are they like type and production wise?
Interested to see how they turn out when more reliable proofs come out. Bernard 26 looks like he could be quite good outcross to use, looks like he'll have good milk quality and fertility not sure on type though

some nice bulling heifers from him, riverlino 592, nice calves, on the smaller side, used on hfrs, no problems though hard calving, bas 8, good solid hfrs, all to bull soon. Calving to sem17, and VDR slash, s17, 8-10 days late, vdr 8-10 days early, caused a few problems with pens, but good lively calves,

looking at fr bulls at the moment, so many seem to lack the full proofs, ie height, chest width, udder etc, how can we make a choice ? We are looking to increase chest width, body, but not to increase stature, we can find hf bulls with those figures easier than fr.

You can see all friesian bulls available on the holstein UK website just go to animal data, nearly all sold through the main ai companies will have a linear genomic or proven
