I booked 50 straws just after Chad died but still got some left from last time so don't think I will need them all don't want to many heifers if he turns out to be a flop in 5 years time.

Yes we have used him and will be using him again this year. Don't know what they are like milking as ours are only youngstock. @RPB had some pictures on here somewhere.

Was looking forward to a load of Metallic and Chad heifers, all friesan calves were bulls! 8 bulls to 2 heifers and the heifers are Holstein sired (Classic) (although one is out of a rancher cow). No more this year but one more Metallic due in new year, fingers crossed! One that calved last week that was due to Metallic has had 1x Rancher hef, 2x Quentin heifer and 1 x Standard heifer, had a lovely stamp of a bull! Of course we had twin limi heifers last week!

They got five now, as they are genomic recommending use them as a team to reduce risk!

She came out of a completely white hosteiny cow. It is made up of half bull and half cow at the end of the day!
