Have our FIT for our solar with British Gas, horrendous to deal with, every quarter I have to chase them for payment, biggest problem is I cannot speak to anyone in the UK,always end up with an Indian call centre, don't suppose anyone has a UK contact number for BG feed in tariff team?
Also how easy is it to change FIT payment supplier?

0333 202 9483 will get you to a call centre. I spoke to them this week and they are changing their system - they gave me a new installation number but, wait for it - they now make bank payments instead of sending a cheque!!! I never thought I would see the day.

Proof will be when the cash arrives but bear with them on the phone.

Sometimes I have rung readings in and sometimes email, always had the money within the specified 28 days and this has been the same since 2011.

Email reminder never came either so it seems its up me to remember, its now in step with rhi quarters which suits me.
