How much frost can beet seedlings stand? Blowing a very strong wind as well. Cotyledons just emerged and unfolding. I despair at times at the fragiity and risk of growing beet. It’s on a knife edge here for weeks but the min tilled stubble is holding the sand so far. Testing it though.
