Are any of you able to help with what actually your electric cost works out /Kw at this time. I am very fortunate to have 15 months more of a 3 year contract to run.
There is a need for this to support an interview on Wednesday 6th.
Mine is
16p average cost/Kw for total cost divided by total use on one farm and 14p on another

Thanks @Ross308 and @flywheel not as much response as hoped for but better than none.
The 56p daily charge can make a big difference if one is not using a lot of KW's I have a Village Hall meter that only uses about 20Kw a week would make the charge using your 29p/Kw go to a cost of 48.6p/Kw.
Where me using say 200Kw a day a meter go from 29p to 29.28p/Kw. Big differences as why I ask for actual total cost/Kw used, there seems to be a lot of skulduggery when it comes to what electric costs can be.

If you are being charged for kW you will be on a maximum demand tariff. However I suspect you are mistaking kW for kWh or units of electricity. A normal bill will be for kWh, so if you have been using a 1 kW heater for 1 hour you will be charged for 1 kWh.
Sorry to be pedantic, but it can lead to a lot of confusion as there are charges for kWh and for kW (or kVA) peak

OK I am aware how big a can of worms this is, hence with my bills I have an amount of Money I pay for my electric and an amount of KW "Units" that the meter reads indicate I have used and I divide one by the other to get how much a Kw has cost me. (my figures do not include vat)
