i read a news item some while ago about a chinese broiler farmer caught up in covoid crisis who got 2 yuan/bird instead of 20 yuan for a crop......so 20p vs £2-20

We are with a group where they can divert to the 3 factories one up your way one quite close in Herts.

Send quite a few to kosher trade.
Rabbi travels to York, a sample of birds are taken to him, so he can decide if the shed full have had a happy life.
For passover birds whole wheat is omited from the diet, milled wheat is ok
