An Atlantic change is brewing folks, still got a well below seasonal week to get out of the way first though.
This will come in as a shock when it does arrive.
flip flops and factor 30 at the ready.

If it does warm up, will it be preceded by heavy rain/snow or can it just warm up without

It will warm up that's for definite, now whether that heralds the start of an Atlantic (wet, windy) set up.
Nobody knows and i mean nobody!
i doubt we'll get a straight Azores high pluming north.

Anyone on here that was a member of BFF when someone joined and predicted the big freeze of 2010?
his first post was in the back end of September regards a blocking pattern.

Need to keep an eye on this LP system for Sunday, may just be what we need to pull the warmer air north towards us.

I wonder whether it will be a sudden change.
One year the ewes were grazing dry bitten down pastures, right to the bone, then the following heatwave triggered off pneumonia!
