Is this a residential or business listing?
Or an advert under a heading at the front of the book?

Business Listing; when I said I hadn't received the letter they said did you receive the business directory, I said no so maybe that's why the letter never arrived, at that point they said " we will get one sent out" I replied NO THANKS i don't want your directory or an entry costing £16.99 a month!

I always give bills a quick glance & ring them up if something is wrong. If I don't get an immediate correction then I cancel the Direct Debit mandate online - simple!
