Looking for a very basic 4x4 farm truck for approx £6k. It occasionally will have to pull 3 tonne and not cost a fortune to insure for two young employees. Any ideas?!.

Both have insurance on their own vehicles. I need to provide a vehicle for them for day to day work requirements between farms. This sometimes requires a trailer to be towed.

I have had a couple of seven seat Nissan terranos insured with the Nfu as any driver any age.
my children found that quite useful whenever their own vehicle broke down.
they are cheap, economical and reliable.
they have a hi low gearbox and tow well although I can’t remember what they are rated to tow.

My 3.0 is rated for 3 ton
