Any recommendations for a budet rotary laser level for concreting ?

Always spend a little more on a better laser. It is always money well spent!

What are your thoughts on the green laser? Worth spending the extra on especially if working outside?

I wouldn't think you'd see any benefit from a green laser. Most readings are taken at distance and I doubt you'd see the laser itself without a laser detector.

You can see my red laser and receive it up to 350 metres. Didn't get on at all well with the green one. Didn't go as far and found it harder to see when you loose the signal when working near eye line.

Only looking straight at the lense at eye level. Just a red flash but gives a reference point when taking levels the old fashioned way!

At 350 metres..... surprised you can see the tripod

Good eyes and a very bright laser on a tripod nearly 12ft tall helps a lot. Still just looks like a red flashing dot a long way away
