I would say probably 5/6 but until recently records haven't been good enough here so no one really knew.

We use cobactan + cob injectable on anything that's not ecoli and not too bad

Ecoli or any bad case td + marbocyl 50ml over 3 days.

It works but I don't think they need all that marb. One 20 ml jab to make sure they don't go Ill should be enough really.

At home we use td and tylan as a rule. I like tylan as it gives a bit of cover.

good records has been a key factor in reducing mastitis here, only takes a few seconds to check the history of any suspect quarter, any previous cases in that quarter that lactation will be a long course of tubes straight away
any high ssc n she will get a bottle of tylan as well

i would never give just a single jab of anything, always carry on for a few days
if i want to be lazy or with adrying off cow i would give tylan 35ml in muscle n rest of bottle under skin
