Building on smallholding

I’ve recently separated from my partner and moved into rented accommodation. This is far from ideal neighbours don’t like my dogs, no garden for kids and generally not my kind of environment. Thinking of going for planning on my mother’s land that I run my 100 sheep from. There’s no electric and been given a rough price of £50k to install. I’d build a single storey wooden bungalow type thing nothing massive. Does anyone know of any grants that might be available to help with any of the above? I’m in England by the way.

Forget the grants - you need planning first I assume? That’s the hard bit and on 100 sheep I doubt you would get an ag tag
