Bulk Feed Blower Pipe

I would like to make a frame to go on the forklift which will hold the corners of a tote bag whilst blowing ewe rolls into it from the delivery lorry.

We have been borrowing a homemade frame which has a four inch female screw on coupling onto a ninety degree bend down into the bag, it works brilliantly so I wondered if anyone on here had any idea of a supplier of blower pipe and connections.

Google only brings up folks like Priden who build the blower lorry bodies but don't sell "parts".

Try Collinson's , replaced our pipe using their parts , they have an online store if you scratch around a bit. Helpful when I called to order/pay.

Making a frame to hold tote bags and pipe is hard work,

For holding the totes use the forklift, as when full they need moving,

Get pipework off collingsons cheap as chips, and won't need much.. mount pipe somewhere handy on a shed girder or the likes, or a box steel section with 2 gate hinges on to fit a gate hanging post etc,

Bit of pipe up, a slow bend, short bit of pipe to give clearance away from wall etc, then a milking bucket, turned upside down, hole cut in side at bottom of original bucket, pipe in at an angle weld 4 tabs on pipe and bolt to bucket, this will act as a cyclone and let feed drop into tote, rather than blowing it in and splashing back out
