What are the options bulk wise? Use Ardens for bagged sawdust, tried bulk envirobed and wasn’t a huge fan, seemed to get a paper maché like layer on cows feet, haven’t managed to find a organic approved bulk sawdust supplier. Fed up of plastic bags and pallets!

Any one used a hopper for filling bedding machine? Could buy sawdust in bulk an then fill hopper with loader, park bedder under hopper and open shoot. Currently using 12 bags a day. Worried the sawdus would bridge in the hopper ?

did it in the past with gypsum somewhere I worked. It was ok. Downside was it was a nightmare to fill some days and obviously no one remembered to fill it before the weekend. It’s also not that easy to actually see how full it is so you need to keep a tally. It did bridge a fair bit think it needs a hellish steep cone to make it workable.
