Greetings everyone,
I run a metal detecting club and organise metal detecting events across the southeast UK and beyond. I am searching for a mutual arrangement of 50/50 on all dig fees with the event fully managed and organised, I am also looking for land for my small club of retirees seeking local history which I can pay a yearly agreement for access to fields when available for the small group.
For large events based on 100 acre i run 50 at £20 per person paying £500 a event per day so completely 50/50. These events can be repeated each time after the field has been ploughed.
1000acres would produce £5000 for ten events and again can be repeated each time it's ploughed. I also consider grazing and rough land depending on dig conditions. I organise parking, field markers, signs, bookings and monitor diggers throughout the event and walk the ground to ensure standards are kept. I am currently sorting events for August or sooner depending on lockdown so feel free to contact ask a question or show your interest.
