Business Opportunity for 40 acres Plus Woodland

Already operate a couple of successful businesses providing airsoft games in woodland in the UK.
Looking for an additional site for a long term business commitment in return for monthly rent.

Games are only run every other fortnight, so land would only be in use two out of 14 days.

No mess, no damage. Biodegradeable bbs are a possibility.

Ideally need in excess of 40 acres.

Road access essential.

Interested in central England really, 30 acres is a bit smaller than optimum, but it would depend on terrain and layout overall.
