If I rent out a building for non agricultural use and then want tgo back to using it for agricultural use is it straight forward regarding getting the rates lifted?

No problem, we had one that was rented out, tenant gave it up and we have divided it in half, part industrial stil part back to ag use, valuation office sent someone to check it was how we said and all sorted
