BVD testing

Were people getting BVD testing tags from now and how is doing the testing ?
Most labs have stopped doing it as they are on working on covit testing and the factory in france that make the tags is not working for some reason
Have some home breed fat cattle to sell that need testing

We’ve had no problems with Shearwell throughout, think they go to National Milk Laboratories

Were did you get the tags ?

Shearwell, either management button tags or new run of primary flag tags.

Just got new batch of allflex bvd tags last month. Send them to cis labs Stafford. Seems to be business as usual

Caisley tags and get them tested at St Boswells

You should be able to keep your herd open using blood samples.

Shearwell do all mine...been no problems up to now
