on the screen of my AGCO c300 this message appeared "No touch screen driver found" after trying to update to version 3.17.707. does anyone know how to answer what can that be?

It’ll be the aoftware loaded badly onto the USB. Load it again but with all the files as some are missing

Where did you get that 3.17.707? At 10/2019 time it was the latest. No idea if there are any later improvements.

With a friend. I was able to update one of my c3000s, but one of them did not complete the update. I believe there is a hardware difference between the c3000 monitors.

Yes there was. If you were going from a real early version to that you have missed the screen driver update.

Do you have any updates for the PCI? the board of one of the c3000 has version REV1.6 and the other is REV1.0. in addition to the touch flat REV1.0 it has two inputs.

One touch has two flat connectors that connect to the PCI and the other just one.

Sounds like something that would be common with the Topcon branded screen? Easier to obtain that file via the Topcon support site then?
