Cades!! I know... less said the better, but I have promised I'd ask the question!
Herself has a cade lamb, out of mongrel ewe and Suffolk tup from her cousin (we usually rear them as he cannot cope!) Lamb had colostrum off the ewe I believe, but then had a shot of powder coslostrum on arrival. Gone onto milk and has been going well until about 10 days ago...
The lamb started to lose patches of wool of the back near the spine, and was often a bit hunched with an arched back. Still drinking well, and taking some creep and a bit of grass when turned out. But continues to lose wool and arch getting worse and starting to go back now (after almost getting to weaning, typical!) Still drinks well, and triet more yoghurt to reduce digestive issue seen a fortnight ago, which worked.
Suggestions other than .22? Trace element... Selenium/Vit E?
