Calf coat repairs

Currently have 30 coats from the calf company had them for about 3 years now coats are fine but most have broken buckles have replaced a couple but they go brital or washing machine breaks them any solutions

Was thinking the clamp style like on my GEA collars would be perfect but cant find any like that forsale

If you get in touch with cosy calf they will send you some spare buckles. If you look on some horse websites you will find plenty of rug buckles etc

Look locally for someone doing horse rug repairs, theres one here in St Asaph north wales who advertises rug repairs, she also repairs calf jackets, either tears or sew new buckles on, she has her own stock of buckles.
Im sure there will be someone local to you.

Damn fed up with buckles breaking so going to add to our store of Woolovers ..... no buckles, just yod & front legs through the holes and Velcro around the guts

How do you get on with these look good but bet it's not fun taking them off strong calfs when there done

We only had a few - mainly cosy calf and wynnstay branded but buckles and the leg elastic are not that robust imo- but just ordered another 20 off Dairymac (sole importers). We like them as they appear to be warmer. Expensive in comparison to other coats though. Apparently delivery from NZ ramps it up
