If you’re going to COP26, tie some binder twine round your ankles. Apparently the place is hoaching with rats between the fly tipping and the bin mens strike, which is now ‘resolved’ but will take a magic wand to fix.
The current joke doing the rounds is that the delegates from the ‘developing world’ say they feel perfectly at home in Glasgow…
Thankfully I am busy elsewhere but I will warn those that will be participating, maybe best to take a few terrier
