Calves wanted all breeds

Calves wanted direct from dairy farms. Ideally in large groups or large enough to work for transport. Continentals, natives and black and white bulls. Good prices paid. And no commission or haulage to pay.

I did see your advert. What is the average weight of your cows? As in how small is smaller? I realise your not asking a lot for them. Just we tend to push them hard young and I’m not sure they’d be the right things to respond to that possibly.

The cows are 450-500. I take 40-50 blue crosses though to finishing each year and they comfortably hit 280 -320 dead

Mid Cornwall. Thank you for the offer but I’m not sure they’ll fit what I want. Or rather my farming practises are probably incorrect for what they need to be profitable.
I imagine I’m not telling you anything you don’t already know but the large beef finisher near your part of the world, buys those types for rearing he might be worth a shout. Failing that I bet they’d make the money you want at market. Things are selling well and they look very well presented in your pictures.
