A few pictures of a recent building completed in Cambridgeshire
100’ x 100’ Double span 20’ eaves

Looks tidy but to be putting it up without nets and handrailing is just wrong. Save a few quid each time but one day someone will pay with more than just their wallet.

Looks s grsnd job. Is it a grain store? Seems odd to have a vented ridge if it is?

The building is replacing two open straw/hay barns which were destroyed by arson in December. Customer lost a large quantity of hay and straw as well as two telehandlers and a tractor
This building has been built fully enclosed and with roller doors to prevent the same happening again
It was very lucky there was little wind on the night it happened or the beautiful house would have been in real danger

Tidy job. What’s the price difference from doing double span to a clear span at that size?

Looking again, a single span would have been more handy too. I had assumed this was divided up the middle with concrete panels also making two barns.....but seems from the photos it's just a set of columns up the middle.

Because it is a grand job...just to close to the house imo...it’s my opinion just like you’re entitled to yours
My point is it’s not relevant to Bob he didn’t decide where the shed was going he is obv proud of the job to show it here it’s not a personal dig at you (although it reads like it) just this place in general everyone is a critic

What is it with this place why can’t people just say fair play that’s a tidy job instead of the negative comments oh look no nets or it’s too close to the house

Opinion, not criticism, original shed was destroyed by fire, had wind been in wrong direction they would have had to rebuild house as well, so yes too close to house.

Your missing my point so what If it’s too close to the house or not there’s nothing to be gained from pointing it out
