Camera cable adapter

Is it possible to get an adapter to join these two cables together

The 2 on the right are rubbish. I'm moving everything to 4 pin plug camera's like one on left. The wires in the others are too thin and just end up breaking.

Plenty of adapters here too. Haven't looked properly but even If you can't see the one you need I'd be surprised if those guys couldn't supply the exact cable you need.
