Can a mountain top be fitted on top of a load liner?

Can a mountain top hard top be fitted onto a load liner? And does the tub have to be drilled how do they fit?

Yes, my old ranger had both, can't tell you how they were fixed to the bed though, probably cut a piece out of the liner for the front part to fit.
