Can anyone spare 2 x 30 minutes please for research purposes?

Hi All,

I'm currently running a study looking at the effects of farmers practising mindfulness coupled with goal setting and I need a control group to run alongside the study.

I'm looking for 30 farmers to take a brief survey now and then in 8 weeks time. Nothing more than that - the survey is 100 statements to score and gives a measure of your discipline, focus, self perception and stress levels.

The surveys would be completely anonymous but I'm happy to share your results with you at the end of the trial period.
